I love causing warm, cozy feelings (and why do we Americans change all your lovely "s" to "z"? *ponders*), and I guess I'm a bit of a sucker for "realization" fics (hmm... another "z"). Anyway, while I ponder language differences from across the pond, I just wanted to say that I'm so happy you liked my fic.

Oh, and I told my mom that I found out about Torchwood from one of my friends on LJ, and she wanted me to tell you that it's now her new favorite show too (in fact, we watched the first two episodes yesterday -- we had never seen them and they were being rebroadcast).
