Although it looks like California is about to ban gay marriage again. WTF?! I really had much higher hopes for this state.

Yeah, they/we banned it. One of my gay friends was outraged this morning - he ranted for a few minutes without letting me get a word in edgewise. Then I was finally able to ask him WHY he was ranting. I'm rather pissed off as well. I mean, come on. You can't give a right and then take it away again. That's like telling a kid, "Here's a cookie." *nibble* "No, don't do that!! You can't have that!!" *wrench*...*bawl* I have the feeling this will turn up next election, and the right will come back again. *hopehopehope*
