As recc'd by the wonderful [livejournal.com profile] cs_whitewolf, who found it on the jamesmoranblog.

As James notes:
"Now, I am of the opinion that the Jeremy Brett version of Sherlock Holmes is the definitive portrayal. The Granada series is superb, I have the box set of the entire series, including the feature length ones, and it's just fantastic. However, you can always improve on a classic, with the simple addition of pasty white blokes rapping. This just makes me fall about in hysterics, and for several days this has been the funniest thing in the world for me. Sorry, but I'm very childish."

I couldn't have said it better myself.

I know. That line kills me.

Oh, and even this die-hard Holmes/Watson slasher has to admit that "Elementary school, Wat-son," was hysterical. That and: "Here puppy puppy," *crunch* "That's the one."

I had this song going through my head all day at work... it was awesome.

Dammit that is gorgeous, dear twin. Just fantastic. See me go hysterical. Teehee!

Yeah, and I've got that music in my head now, too. Your fault. *goes on rapping and tapping*

"Here puppy puppy," *crunch* "That's the one." is my favourite line, too. Really cool. Ole' doggie would have loved that one.

Yeah, isn't it great. Of course, the song has been in my head for days now, but that's okay. It puts me in a fairly good mood (although I do have to be careful in case someone asks why I'm suddenly smiling like an idiot).

Oh, and "Kill anyone today?" is also great... very subtle, Wassup Holmes.

Yeah, innit. Wasn't he famous for his subtleness?
