You should definitely research Netley. I found it fascinating, and I just had to place Watson there (if just for the symmetry). It was supposedly quite impressive looking -- and very poorly designed to be functional. Florence Nightengale was quite vocal in her disapproval of the design, but she found out about it too late to effectuate any changes.
