First of all, you need to check out the Collected Works of my co-author arrmaitee. His The Very Secret LiveJournals (which I help to co-author), are a hysterical parody exposing the secret, burning desires of Hogwarts students and staff. Seven Days is a wonderfully funny parody of both Harry Potter and the movie The Ring. His other works, The VamPotter Chronicles and The War Within are also equally as funny, witty, and well-written.
Another great fic to check out is Dragon Tamer by jennavere, another funny, witty, well-done story.
Angst is great, but sometimes you just need to laugh. These stories are guaranteed to make you chuckle (and spit soda onto your keyboard).
