Hi all.

For anyone who found their way here, hello. I'm (obviously) very new to the LJ world, although I have been a lurker for a while.

I'm the co-creator/beta/collaborator of The Very Secret LiveJournals by arrmaitee. I obviously love HP (and LOTR).

And I am currently in shock that I have an LJ. Hopefully my posts will get better.

Its nice to see that there is someone else into LOTR!!! I actually need a beta for two, count em' two stories...(hell what you did for TVSLJ was incredicble!!) I am hand writing them both... one is a parody (LOTR) and the other is a parody/angst/ (HP) and I'm sorta ok with them, but not good enough... so what do you say? Think you can lend a hand to a fellow slasher in distress?

Sure! I'll be happy to beta your work. It will just have to wait until after June 4th.

I currently have one week left (well, less now) to take 2 finals and write a 40 page paper so I can graduate from grad school. I then have to write another 25 page paper that is due by June 4th (we have a slight extension for this class, but I'm not even going to start thinking about the paper until after May 27, so I'll only have a little over a week to write it).

I start a review class right after graduation for the professional exam I have to take at the end of July, but that class is only in the mornings. I probably won't start panicking about the test until July, so June would be a good month to catch me for additional reading.

So, anytime after June 4th, I'd be happy to read your stuff. Did you ask arrmaittee to read it as well? I know he's bogged down for the next week or so with his grad school stuff, but he might have a bit of free time after that.
