It was pretty damn strange. Even though I was really upset, there was a part of me in the back of my mind going, "I'm ranting to Snoop Dogg!"

Creepy dog's owner (the wife... not the husband who was the irresponsible one) just called to apologize. I appreciate that, but told her that they really have to be more responsible. Damn horrid little dog.
