I have SO MUCH FUN working with arrmaitee on the VSLJ (well, actually I beta all his stuff, but that's the one I'm most involved with). We spend hours/days laughing ourselves silly, editing it and re-editing it trying to get the timing right.
I'm working on my own fic, but it will be about a month until I can get back to it, since I have to finish all my exams/papers in order to graduate from grad school. (AAAUUUGGGHHHH! I only have a month left. *panic settting in*)
Lol. I know my friend and collaborator on my website has a lot of laughs with me about my stuff. Sometimes because it's funny, and sometimes because I did something stupid that she found. :)
I feel you on the exams thing. I'm working hard to finish up the second chapter on my latest fic, The Potions Master and the Brute (http://www.geocities.com/projectserpentsortia/pmb1.html) (a parody of Beauty and the Beast with Lucius/Severus.) before my exams hit me like a freight train.

I'm not quite sure how everyone has found me, but it's nice to be found! I'll also friend you back. I'm just getting starting on my LJ, and I plan to use it to post fanfic that I write. Of course, I have to actually get around to finishing it.
The Snape banner is pretty cool, isn't it. It was made by miss_serpentine and can be found here
I'm not sure this font is better. The line across "slash" in the coloring makes it a little difficult to read at first. If it could just transition from the blue to the tannish color, without that darker center line, it would be MUCH better.
But, the picture does encapsulate slash, doesn't it. Quite... mmm... nice.
You know what, I definitely like it better as all one color, but I actually don't know if I like the font.
It just seems hard to read somehow (like you have to tilt your head at the right angle in order to read it, but now that my head is tilted that way, maybe I do like it)

Well, the more I look at the font, the more I like it. And again, it's definitely better as all one color.
And I forgot to add that I like the other icons (from the place that shall remain nameless). It's just the font on the "slash" icon that is troubling me.
